In Washington D.C., we made arrangements to use the Library of Congress for a black tie event. We were one of only 4 organizations that year that was granted the right to use this facility. Guests were transported via limousines; formal portraits were taken with the Capitol in the background. We brought in extensive floral arrangements, sound systems and entertainment in order to create a spectacular evening. Guests included government officials as well as corporate executives from Washington D.C.

Every year a trip to New York City was planned for the first weekend in December. Arrangements were made to always have middle row orchestra seats at the best show of the season. A new restaurant was researched and chosen each year for a buy out and extensive menu planning, entertainment and décor choices were made so that each year’s program was unique. After theater arrangements were made for late night entertainment. Participants worked even harder to qualify for one of the other three domestic and international trips that we organized for the company each year.

Example of a Special Event
In Switzerland, we arranged a daylong road rally for a group of 400 guests. This involved renting over 100 cars, setting up various routings throughout the Swiss countryside with manned check points at unique photo spots. Luncheon arrangements were made at a variety of restaurants and shopping areas were highlighted for the guests. The day culminated with an Oktoberfest party inside a 17th century wine cellar, complete with local "um-pah" bands.
